Deposit

Wedding bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding day.


The new deposit amounts will be:

Elopement Story ($800) – $160 deposit

Love Story ($1800) – $360 deposit

Forever Story ($2900) – $580 deposit


Deposits are Non refundable.

Travel fees


Please note a travel fee applies for sessions outside of Hervey Bay.

A travel fee of $50 applies to Marybourough, Torbanlea & Burrum Heads.

K’gari (Fraser Island) Weddings – Travel Fee


For my Bronze Wedding Package, K’gari bookings have a flat travel fee of $400. This reflects the extra hours spent travelling, waiting for barges, and the fact that I’m unable to take on any other bookings for that day.


If your ceremony or reception timing means I can’t return on the last barge that evening, an overnight accommodation fee will apply.


Please note — if your package with your Kingfisher Bay Resort coordinator does not include my barge tickets, an additional barge fee will be added to your total.


Every wedding on K’gari is unique, so I’ll confirm your exact travel costs when we finalise your booking.



Turnaround Times


Every gallery is carefully hand-edited to ensure your images are delivered beautifully and consistently — quality always comes first 🤍


Weddings

  • Non-Peak Season: 8–10 weeks
  • Peak Season (September – December): Up to 12 weeks

Standard Sessions (Family, Maternity, etc.)

  • Non-Peak Season: 2–4 weeks
  • Peak Season: 6–8 weeks

Turnaround times may vary slightly depending on workload, but you’ll always be kept in the loop along the way.

Rush Editing Option


Need your gallery back a little sooner? I’ve got you 🤍


I offer a Rush Editing option for clients who would love to jump the queue and receive their images faster than the standard turnaround time. This is perfect for special occasions, announcements, or if you’re just a little too excited to wait!

A 30% rush fee will be applied to your package to prioritise your gallery ahead of others currently in the editing queue.

Please note:

  • Rush editing is subject to availability at the time of booking
  • This option must be requested either at booking or shortly after your session
  • Turnaround times will be discussed based on current workload
