A $50 Non Refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your session.

The remaining full payment will then need to be paid at least 24 hours prior to conducting your photo session.

Travel fees

Please note a travel fee applies for sessions outside of Hervey Bay.

A travel fee of $50 applies to Marybourough, Toogoom & Burrum Heads.

Please enquire on fees outside of these areas.

Turnaround Times

Every gallery is carefully hand-edited to ensure your images are delivered beautifully and consistently — quality always comes first 🤍

Weddings

• Non-Peak Season: 8–10 weeks
• Peak Season (September – December): Up to 12 weeks

Standard Sessions (Family, Maternity, etc.)

• Peak Season: 6–8 weeks

I offer a Rush Editing option for clients who would love to jump the queue and receive their images faster than the standard turnaround time. This is perfect for special occasions, announcements, or if you’re just a little too excited to wait!

A 30% rush fee will be applied to your package to prioritise your gallery ahead of others currently in the editing queue.

Please note:

• Rush editing is subject to availability at the time of booking
• This option must be requested either at booking or shortly after your session
• Turnaround times will be discussed based on current workload

I’m so excited to now offer professional, high-quality prints from your photo sessions with me—perfect for adding to your own album or framing for display. These prints are truly stunning, produced on a state-of-the-art Chromira Pro Lab for exceptional sharpness, colour, and detail.

Unlike many department stores, which can produce pixelated results when enlarging photos, my prints are created with professional-grade equipment to ensure the highest quality finish every time.

In addition to standard prints, I also offer canvases, framed prints, and wedding albums. As these products come from a specialist supplier, a small shipping fee applies. Orders arrive at my studio first so I can personally inspect them for quality before you collect them.
